Es Twilight Sparkle, como según dicen algunos, como un screenshot de ella en el season premiere de la temporada 3.

I just like her mane on season 3 it's a lot more detailed then the last seasons 1 & 2

Me too. The trouble is that this season only will be have 13 episodes, unlike the second and first season were 26 episodes.
